The Guardian Tech Guarantee ensures you don’t pay for the same service twice. If a Guardian Tech finishes a repair on your computer or device but you find the issue has not been resolved, the time spent on that repair will be credited towards the follow up.

Jill’s laptop has been constantly shutting down and restarting. Jill’s Guardian Tech suspects the issue is software related, although knows hardware to be a possible cause as well. The Guardian Tech spends 1 hour removing conflicting software and updating the necessary drivers. She returns the computer to Jill, invoices Jill for 1 hour, and asks Jill to watch her pc carefully and call her if she notices the computer shutting down unexpectedly again. Jill’s computer behaves for a week, however the following weekend it again begins shutting down on it’s own. Jill calls her Guardian Tech, who has now narrowed down the problem down to the hardware, and repairs the issue in 2 hours. Thanks to the Voonder Guarantee, Jill is credited 1 hour from the first visit and so is only billed for 1 hour of her second visit.
